Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from ADVANTEK MEDICAL, SURGICAL EQUIPMENT & INSTRUMENTS TRADING CO. L.L.C. If you are not completely happy with your product, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and a resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at +(971)52-737-7590 or Naturys@advantekmedical.com to request a return authorization and receive further instructions.
  • After receiving confirmation from our customer service team, securely package the product, including all accessories and documentation, and ship it to the address provided.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your return within 7 business days.

3. Return Options:

We offer two return options:

  • Refund: If the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the product’s purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchange: In some cases, we may offer an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value.
